Attached is a one pager on what the launch covers. Two things before we speak, both quick:

1. If you have not already, submit the BYOP form here: {byop_link}. This unlocks the Shopify funding for your launch.
2. Make sure your Shopify plan is POS Pro on the annual plan. The annual plan is what triggers the funding and lets us order your POS terminal.

Also attached are the export steps for {current_pos}. No rush before the call, but the sooner we have your product and customer files the sooner your new catalogue takes shape. You do the export in your own system, we never need your logins.

One more thing that makes the call quicker: hit reply and tell me what hardware you run today. Receipt printer, cash drawer, barcode scanner, label printer, makes and models if they're handy. We'll work out on the call what carries over and what's worth adding.
